A job asked me to take a personality test …
I was asked to take the Traitify assessment. I strongly dislike these tests; I feel like I am being judged on an arbitrary data set instead of who I really am. Perhaps I am deluding myself, and these assessments reveal my true self, but I am too stubborn to accept the results.
